Our first office building (built in 1999) offers over 68,000 square feet of class "A" office space and is fully leased. 
Briarcliff II
Our second office building (built in 2001) offers over 32,000 square feet of class "A" office space with a M&I Bank branch on the first floor. 
Briarcliff III
Our third building (built in 2001) offers over 91,000 square feet of class "A" office space on three floors. 
Briarcliff Hilltop Office Building
This beautiful 240,000GSF building offers stunning views of both downtown and the Missouri River Valley. Briarcliff’s newest signature building was 50% leased before vertical construction even began and is slated for occupancy in the Summer of 2008.

Nestled atop the Briarcliff Village shops, Briarcliff Village Offices were completed in 2006 and feature 55,000 sq feet of office space that was 100% leased before construction was finished.
