About Isabelle Shaw

As both the Marketing Coordinator and in house leasing agent for the Village at Briarcliff, my goal goes beyond having high occupancy for our retail center: it is finding the ideal tenant that not only complements our current retailers, but whose product and service reflects the quality and uniqueness  our center so well exemplifies.

Unlike other agents whose job ends when the lease is signed, mine has just begun. Whether it’s being a liaison between our tenants and company, assisting with property management, or facilitating and overseeing marketing, my objective is to create the most conducive environment for each business to thrive to their utmost potential until the last day of their lease and continuing on upon renewal.

Working for a company whose intent is win-win in all relationships, I continuously aim to find common ground and compromise in all matters between Briarcliff and our tenants, whether big or small. It is this model of doing business that is the reason for our center’s success and growth unlike any other.

The choice to locate our business in the Briarcliff Hilltop Building is one we are happy we made. The location offers nearby dining and shopping along with easy access to both Downtown Kansas City and the airport. Our view is unmatched and we take great pride in sharing it with our clients and visitors. The building itself has a very professional, upscale atmosphere that blends perfectly with our company culture. The building management is always quick to respond and has helped make this a happy home for CRB.
